Mochi Tower Defense is an action tower defense game: instead of just clicking to place towers from a distance, you run, jump and fight on the battlefield yourself while building and upgrading your defenses to protect the portal from wave after wave of raiders.

How it plays

Move with WASD or the arrow keys, jump, and aim your shots with the camera or the pointer. Place turrets along the enemy's path, then stay in the fight: block lanes, pick off stragglers, and rush in when a wave threatens to break through.

Turrets

  • Cannon — balanced direct-fire turret, deals double damage to enemies chilled by Ice.
  • Ice — slows enemies in range; chilled targets take double damage from Cannon turrets.
  • Pulse — area damage turret, hits every enemy in its square range at once.
  • Tesla — charged beam turret, devastating against bosses and able to hit flying enemies.
  • Mobile Cannon — follows your commands and moves along the path to support you anywhere on the map.
  • Mobile Artillery — long-range mobile launcher, excels against flying enemies and structures.

Enemies

  • Raider — ground troops that press every lane in steady numbers.
  • Sky Hunter — flying scouts that glide straight over ground obstacles.
  • War Behemoth — a siege boss that bursts forward and crushes defenses after enough hits.

Multiplayer

Play solo, or create/join a room with friends: Co-op to defend the portal together, or VS to compete head-to-head. Live room list, in-game chat, and an online leaderboard to track your best runs.

Settings

Three environments (Sunny, Sunset, Stormy) double as difficulty levels, adjustable graphics quality (Quality / Optimal / Performance) for lower-end machines, and full interface translation in 8 languages (English, Italian, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Russian, Chinese).

A game in active development

Mochi Tower Defense is fully playable today, but it's an ongoing project: we're working on new turrets, new enemy types, new maps and environments, and further balance and multiplayer improvements. If you enjoy it, consider supporting development — every bit of feedback and support helps us keep adding content.
